Certain truths (rules) have always existed since the beginning of time.

(STOP) If you have fully decided that God does not exist and did not create us and the universe, you needn’t read any farther. This article will explore aspects of universal truths that we experience on a daily basis,  how even completely different items have the same guidelines (rules) they must work within, and how that can and should apply to cancer research and development.

An airplane pilot knows that his plane has to reach a certain take-off speed so that lift will overcome drag. This factor will vary greatly as temperature and humidity play a factor in that calculation. What they have done is find a way using Universal Truths to overcome the physical bonds and the plane flies.

An eskimo knows that he can wear snow shoes and walk on top of the snow. Without them he has to wade through. This Universal Truth or UT has to do with the snow’s density and the weight of the person, the base area of the shoes or snowshoes.

I could site 100′s of examples but I think you get the idea. Have you ever wondered why there are so many side effects to the man-made medicines? It seems as though the very medicine that helps my cholesteral also destroys my liver. I am amazed when a commercial for a new drug comes on the TV and after they talk about all the wonderful things it does, then at the end throw in the disclaimer of what side effects some people have experienced, and that list is sometimes so long that it appears the solution may cause more damage than the cure.

We as humans are good monkeys. By that I mean we are good imitators. We take a disease such as cancer and try our imitation (medicine) of UT’s we have observed and then wonder why it doesn’t work right, or there are bad side effects.

I think that God has made provision for every enviromental disease man could make before it was made. The plants and minerals are there. We just need to combine them in the correct ways. I know this sounds like an over-simplifacation, but there is a great deal of truth here, and if we applied 1/10 as much knowledge and funds to this form of research, I feel that medicines could be created that would actually cure people with no side effects.

The trend I am beginning to see is that the research community is grudgingly beginning to allow that some herbs and minerals are actually able to aid people into getting well, but the majority of the time we naturopaths or herbalists are given bad names, are barely tolerated as witch-doctors, etc. within the medical community.

Items needed for a proper cleanse – The Golden Hour

We are getting so much response from the site that I thought it would be a good idea to give some pointers of what you will need and through trail and error how things for me evolved to where they are now. When I look back on the beginning, I can’t help but laugh at some of the stuff we went through.

First of all, I refer to a cleanse as The Golden Hour, the reason is because it takes about an hour to do a cleanse. It’s a time when you are removing harmful, damaging things from your body. No where near as much but still the same type material. WARNING: These pictures are very graphic!

The “E” Word

When we first decided to try the coffee cleanse, the first problem was finding the proper equipment. Try as we might, every place we went to did not sell “enema bags”. Even today when I hear a colonic bag spoken of as an enema bag, it makes me cringe. As if it’s something nasty. Weird, huh! Guess it is what I was taught growing up. So, that will be the last time I refer to the colonic bag as that other name.  Anyway, we finally decided to try one of those disposable one-use that you can buy at the drugstore. that was a pitiful experience. They hold such a small amount of liquid that they are not good for anything else but the one time use. We finally was able to find a proper multi-use unit on Amazon. Couldn’t believe how cheap it was. And we have used it daily multiple times and it has worked very well. Here is a link:

It is a multiple unit that does several things. Very well made and very cheap.

Different Tips

The only complaint I had was the colonic tip was very short and had only one opening in the end. I did some more research and found these replacement tips. Had to use a few wraps of tape to make a snug fit on the hose, but they work very well. Here is their link:

Why a proper colonic is so hard to do

Several advantages are that the tube is longer. This allows it to go to the top of the descending colon, which aids the solution in getting into the transverse colon, and eventually into the ascending colon. The tip also has a sideways spray from both sides which helps to spray against the colon walls. Here is a diagram of the colon so you can see what I’m talking about.

As you can see it is very difficult to get the fluid to the transverse colon. And that and the ascending colon was where I had the majority of my problems. Using the kneeling/shoulders down position was very uncomfortable for me and that is about the time I hit on the idea of doing the colonic face down on my inversion table. I have had my table (in fact, I have two) for about 15 years. It is a wonderful way to de-compress the spine. What I have found is that I can get a gravity assist to get the colonic solution in the right places. Not absolutely nessasary to do a proper cleanse, but if you start doing them daily, you might want to purchase a cheap one to use. They start at around $100.00. The last one I bought is a Teeter from QVC for about $400.00. That is one of the best available.

Water Purity

I use only either distilled or purified water. Tap water has too many trace chemicals in it to be safe. You should take to mind that we are trying to remove things instead of add them. I never drink tap water, if possible. I was pleased to find that our local Culligan does not add any minerals to it’s water, making it perfect for a colonic. Make sure you use this water for the coffee that you brew, also.

Oxidized Coffee

At this point I started researching the coffee I was using and found that coffee that is ground ahead (like 99% of all coffee you buy) will oxidize. When you are trying to heal your body, oxidation of any form will not help at all. You probably have heard of anti-cancer supplements and certain foods of being anti-oxidants. Many of you daily coffee drinkers that have or are recovering from any form of cancer might want to start grinding your own coffee. And to tell the truth it has made the flavor so much better that we bought a second grinder for the shop and now have freshly ground coffee at home and work whenever we want. The coffee beans actually yield more coffee, so not only is it better for you, it’s economical. A good, small grinder will run about $20.00.

Water Temperature

In one of the articles I researched, the gentleman who did daily colonics for years said that 105 degrees worked well for him. I had a lot of trouble getting the temperature just right at first. The wife suggested using a regular thermometer that you put in the water, but I got a infra-red one that resembles a little gun. This has proved to be the best idea for several reasons. The fact that it is instantanious, gives a perfectly accurate measurement and that it touches nothing to accomplish this has made it more sanitary also. I worked my way up the scale until I was having good success at about 130 degrees. Now, I know that that sounds extremely hot and it eventually was, I was so plaque encrusted I needed the extra temperature to cut through the crud. As I peeled layer after layer and I got closer to the colon wall I have had to reduce the temperature. I am now at around 115 degrees. And may end up dropping still further as I remove more plaque from my colon. I would suggest starting at 105 degrees, then adjusting up to where you are comfortable. Please use extreme caution when first starting out. If the solution is too hot, you can cook your insides and not even know it. The infra-red tester was about $35.00.

An Empty Colon

After I had been doing the colonics for a while, I found that if I missed a day I didn’t feel clean. And I got to thinking about it. If a person has colon surgery, what do they do so that the repaired area can heal? They pack gauze above the repair so tight that nothing can get past. They then put the person on a liquid diet so that no fecal matter forms. This keeps the area clean so it can heal. So that got me to thinking about the daily colonics. If we clear all of the fecal matter out this will give our colons a chance to heal. You need to realize that you didn’t become impacted in a short time. This has been an on going process most of your life. And the healing won’t be overnight either. Forward progress is what we are working towards. Mucus and dried fecal matter have coated the colon layer after layer, meal after meal, much like the layers of an onion. This stops the colon from being able to do it’s job.

Over The Counter Cleanses

At this point let me digress. For the last 5 years, annually, the wife and I have done those package cleanses on our anniversary. These are tablets that are taken orally. We thought we were having a great deal of success, but in reality we weren’t getting but a small fraction out that needed out.

Food Transit Time

Which brings me to food transit time. This is the time it takes for food to go from the stomach to the colon. That is usually about 12 hours for most people. The best schedule I have found is to eat my final meal no later than 12 hours before the next mornings’ cleanse. This allows the colon to remain empty for several hours after the cleanse. As an added bonus, it will cause weight loss, as your body isn’t able to store fat on this cleansing schedule as easily. I always feel lighter with more energy.

Supplements

After I started to uncover the areas that were giving me pain I modified my cleanse from a defense/reaction to a offense/action. I started with a few supplements that I added to my colonic solution. Red Clover, Garlic, Wheat Grass, Tumeric, and many other supplements are able to aid in the cleanse.

Colonic Hold Time

The longer you are able to hold the solution the more effective the cleanse will be. Practice and learn to listen to your body. I was having the last bit of solution cool off by the end of the cleanse, and my wife suggested wrapping a towel around the colonic bag. This worked very well! btw: Keep at it. Even after 6 weeks of almost daily cleanses, I still am getting colon plaque out. Good Luck!

Coffee Colonic – The Golden Hour – An Update

It has been close to three weeks since I started the daily coffee colonic and I have to say that my health has improved in several areas.

1. I am noticing much more energy and stamina. At first, I thought this might be because of the caffine in the coffee causing this, but curiously enough my coffee consumption has dropped. Instead of the 3 cups in the morning I now only drink one. My energy stays pretty constant throughout the day.

2. When I become hungry I eat smaller portions. My body seems to do a better job at using what I eat as fuel.

3. My immune system has become enhanced. I played  Santa at the mall and saw close to 5,000 children. Unfortunatly, quite a few of them were sick and probably very contagious. Yet I did not get sick one time. It is true that I bolstered my immune system with Echinacea/Golden Seal daily. And yet having a healthy immune system seems to stem from the colon functioning properly.

4. I continue to lose weight (in a good way). Almost 40 lbs in the last 6 months so far. I have lost about 6 pant sizes.

5. Less nighttime trips to the bathroom to urinate. This is a big one for me. My nighttime trips used to occur as many as 5-6 times a night. Now I rarely get up at all. I think that my prostrate has begun to shrink, putting less pressure on my bladder. I sleep soundly and wake rested.

A few modifications that I have done to the routine:

I noticed that the temperature seemed warmer than when I first started. I finally figured out that as I removed layer after layer of encrusted material, I was getting closer to my colon wall. I finally adjusted the temperature to 115 degrees. I may have to adjust down again, but right now that is working well for me.

I cut down on the frequency of the tumeric/garlic/red clover solution. I now only add it 2 times a week. I also leave it out until I am almost at the end of the cleanse. This serves two purposes; it makes the solution stronger and since most everything is cleared out by this point, it is able to go directly to the areas that need it most. I can tell it is working as it makes me very tired for a few hours afterwards. I know it is working as 98% of the area of the ascending colon is now pain free.

As with anything, you will need to adjust things to your particular body type, but for the first time I feel that not only am I fighting a holding action,  I am making forward progress.

Know Your Enemy – The Golden Hour

Instead of being reactive to your cancer, you must become proactive. As many of you know, this is a battle to the death. If you don’t destroy this disease, it will most likely destroy you. There are 4 aspects that must be present in order to have an environment for cancer to exist and thrive. We will discuss each one and ways to make them into a positive environment (anti-cancer) instead of a negative one.

1.  Low PH

It was discovered in a bio-medical research laboratory in La Jolla, California that when electrons are removed from a particular fungus by immersing it in a more acidic liquid, it changes form from a fungus to a monococoid life form. Further electron removal causes it to change to a yet different form named the BY virus and, then, to a BX virus which is the most aggressive form of cancer. Experiments were done over 100 times to verify that changing the pH would change the cancer virus from the BX form to the fungus and back, again.

2. LOW OXYGEN

The oxygen content of the air in industrialized areas of the world is dramatically lower than it was 100 or even 20 years ago. This has contributed greatly to the rise of cancer and other diseases in recent years.

Nearly all disease-causing micro-organisms, including the cancer pathogen are anaerobic, meaning that they require an oxygen-free environment to exist. So, when the body is not getting enough oxygen to saturate the entire body, then areas are available for the cancer pathogen to exist in any of its four forms. This is typically the case in areas of the body that have collected toxic chemicals and will be addressed in the next section of this document. Smokers are particularly at risk since the smoke debris that have collected in their lungs blocks the transfer of oxygen to the bloodstream and the debris, itself, can create oxygen-free areas for the cancer pathogen to exist.

Anemia caused by inadequate iron in the blood can be another contributing factor because of the inability of the red cells to carry the oxygen without iron. Rouleaux or clumping of the red cells also inhibits oxygen transfer as does poor circulation, low blood pressure, etc. Anything that restricts access to, or transfer of, oxygen to the cells of the body can create an oxygen-free environment for cancer to exist.

3.  TOXICITY

Dr. Hulda Clark cites toxicity as the cause of cancer and many other diseases. You can read about this in her books “The Cure for all Cancers” and “The Cure for all Diseases”. Toxicity is the accumulation of foreign substances in the body that are difficult for it to eliminate. They act as, or have the effect of, a poison because they exclude oxygen and nutrients that healthy cells need to function properly. Examples of substances that cause toxicity in the body are canola oil, monosodium glutamate, Splenda, Neutra Sweet, sodium laurel sulfate, silver (mercury) fillings, chlorine, fluoride, bromines, pesticides and most aromatic hydrocarbons such as methyl alcohol, paint solvents, cleaners and air fresheners. The EPA has identified hundreds of carcinogens in our environment by (lack of) virtue of their toxicity in the body.

In addition to non-food substances causing toxicity, food can do the same in the colon when it can’t be eliminated properly thru normal functioning. Meat is a good example. When there is not enough fiber in the diet, it becomes rancid and excludes oxygen and nutrients for the colon tissue to function properly.

Any clogged or mal-functioning organ can, also, become toxic from the accumulation of debris that excludes oxygen and nutrients. A common example is a clogged liver from excess antibiotics and/or anesthetics such as acetaminophen.

Often the exclusion of oxygen and nutrients by the toxic substances is accompanied by absence of sufficient electrons to have a healthy (above 6) Ph. As a result, the combination of these three factors give the cancer pathogen a site to multiply and proliferate. The body sometimes encapsulates the toxic substances to create a cyst, which further complicates the problem, giving cancer an ideal nursery.

SUPPRESSED IMMUNE SYSTEM
Our immune system is delegated with the task of identifying foreign invaders and destroying them. It is the best defense we have against viruses such as the BX and BY that are the root cause of cancer. Garlic. This flavorful member of the onion family is a powerful immune booster that stimulates the multiplication of infection-fighting white cells, boosts natural killer cell activity, and increases the efficiency of antibody production. The immune-boosting properties of garlic seem to be due to its sulfur-containing compounds, such as allicin and sulfides. Garlic can also act as an antioxidant that reduces the build-up of free radicals in the bloodstream. Garlic may protect against cancer, though the evidence is controversial.   6. Omega-3 fatty acids. A study found that children taking a half teaspoon of flax oil a day experienced fewer and less severe respiratory infections and fewer days of being absent from school. The omega 3 fatty acids in flax oil and fatty fish (such as salmon, tuna, and mackerel) act as immune boosters by increasing the activity of phagocytes, the white blood cells that eat up bacteria. (Perhaps this is why grandmothers used to insist on a daily dose of unpalatable cod liver oil.) Essential fatty acids also protect the body against damage from over-reactions to infection. When taking essential fatty acid supplements, such as flax or fish oils, take additional vitamin E, which acts together with essential fatty acids to boost the immune system. My current supplement list that I take daily is:

Upon Waking: Coffee colonic (6 cups distilled water, one cup of freshly ground and brewed coffee) This solution cleans out my colon and prepares it for the next step.

I then combine 3 cups of distilled water and 1 cup of solution that has steeped for several hours. The solution has a cup of distilled water brought to as close to a boil as possible. I then put in 1 Tumaric capsule, 1 Red Clover capsule, 1 Ginger capsule, and 1 Garlic capsule.  I use cheesecloth to strain out the solution when added to the colonic bag. I try to keep this solution in as long as possible as my squeaky clean (from the coffee) colon is now at the optimum to receive and absorb the solution. This has worked very well for me.

Throughout the day I drink Green Tea with natural honey several times a day.

If you are very weak, you must start on this regimen very slowly. Try 1 capsule of each and see how you body tolerates it. You may have to start with the Pau first, then add in the Lymphomax. The Capsicum will increase your metabolism, so go easy with it.

The Colon defined – the golden hour

Understanding your body is more than half the battle and in my research I have found reasons why our bodies break down, especially from the colon standpoint. 

As you can see, the Ascending Colon has to fight gravity to move waste to the Traverse Colon and then finally into the Descending Colon. It is very easy for any section, especially the Ascending and Traverse Colon to become lined with old fecal matter. Have you ever noticed how some people stick out just below the rib cage? That is not fat, but impacted fecal matter. Layer after layer of meals have coated the Colon so that the current movement must travel through a very small diameter area. These people are so impacted that they are literally starving themselves to death unable to absorb the proper nutrition.

Bowel functions are one of the least popular topics of conversation and it is this mind-set that often prevents us from even realizing that we may have a problem. The job of the colon is to receive the remainder of the liquefied “food” from the small intestine. In this mixture are particles of undigested food, water, minerals, vitamins and enzymes. As this mixture moves along the colon through muscle contractions called peristalsis, the extra fluids are absorbed and the remaining fecal material pushed out of the body as a bowel movement. The usual time for food to be eaten and pass through the whole digestive process is approximately 24 hours. This is known as the transit time of your food.

However too often we do not have regular bowel movements so that the fecal material sits in our colon ferments and becomes putrid. In addition to this the colon continues to remove moisture, which results in dry hard and often incomplete movements. As this accumulation continues several things happen:

1. The feces begin to adhere to the mucous lining of the colon wall. This irritates the colon so that it forms more mucous, resulting in layers of feces and mucous which overtime hardens and becomes know as mucoid plaque. If you have ever seen the gross pictures featured in colon cleanse this is the hard rubbery material that they refer to. AND YES IT DOES EXIST!!

This material can cause blockages in the bowel and prevents the absorption of nutrients via the colon wall. Both Elvis and John Wayne were said to have over 45 POUNDS of this plaque lining their colons as found during autopsy. It is said that the average person can carry anywhere from 5-25lb of mucoid plaque in their colon.

Point to ponder: If you eat 3 meals a day everyday but do not have regular bowel movements (at least one if not more per day) then where is all the other material going? Chances are you are still carrying it around with you!

2. When the bowel becomes impacted with feces the body will often liquefy the colon contents in a last-ditch effort to rid itself of the toxic waste accumulation. Known as diarrhea, this can lead to dehydration and an electrolyte imbalance. Most people do not know that this is a form of constipation as well.

3. Autointoxication occurs. This simply means that the body absorbs too much of its own toxic waste and is in effect self-poisoning itself. When this occurs the stage is set for degeneration and disease. Many minor health concerns are in fact signs of toxicity. Bloating, gas, bad breath, weight-gain, parasites, poor memory, fatigue, Arthritis, skin disorders and headaches are all indicators that you may be toxic.

4. The colon has been designed to keep toxins from getting back into the body. When impacted, it cannot do it’s job and over time the body begins to poison itself.

What I have done:

1. Using inversion therapy and an inversion table I have been able to reach a comfortable angle to make my colonics more productive. Positioning the body face down at about a 30 degree incline allows the cleansing solution to move up the descending colon. I then twist slightly so that gravity allows the solution to travel across the transverse colon. When I have enough of the solution there I will rock back to a 30 degree upright position, causing the solution to travel into the ascending colon. I then use a gentle rocking motion to agitate the solution to help it break up the accumulated crud.

2. Through this process, it usually takes 3 to 4 times of elimination to clear the area so that the solution can travel to where it’s needed. I have noticed the more I do this that I am able to move the current crud out of my system more quickly so that I can target the affected area.

3. I actually do two colonics; the first is about 5 cups distilled water/1 cup freshly ground and brewed coffee solution. This is my solvent that cuts the crud away. I raise the temperature to my comfort level of about 120 degrees. This may be a little warm for some of you. I would start at 105 degrees and adjust accordingly. I use an infrared handheld temperature tester (about $30). Make sure you stir the water before you get a reading. If it’s too hot, stir it up and it will drop. I grind my coffee daily as I make our coffee. This eliminates oxidation that is found in ground coffee.  The second colonic has the herbs in it. I am currently using Red Clover – anti-cancer http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/red-clover-000270.htm, Garlic – stops bleeding http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/garlic-000245.htm and anti-septic, and Tumeric – antioxidant http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=78 I may add more as time goes by, but this concoction is working very well.

4. Clearing the colon with solution one does several things. First, it exposes any damaged areas in the colon wall by removing the fecal crud from that area. This lets the area rest. Then, when the cocktail solution is added, the area is more readily able to absorb the solution. I use just 2 cups of water and 1 cup of cocktail as the second colonic. I then leave it in as long as possible for the greatest absorption rate using the inversion table upright I agitate the solution slightly by moving up and down. If you go this route, keep practicing, you’ll get the hang of it.

5. With practice you will learn how much solution to add in. At first I was adding too much too quickly. I now can do this with no mess. As with anything, practice makes perfect.

I will start on future articles on how I started my herbal cancer cure. It has been a long battle back from stage 4 (in the lymphatic system), but well worth it.

Learning to listen

Part of my recovery from stage 4 cancer has been changes; learning to listen to my body, not what it wants, but what it needs, also flushing away old hurts from the past and not letting daily things bother me as much as they used to.

I know it sounds corny to say I have become kinder and gentler, but it’s true. Stress and tensions, old hurts, anything that causes an interruption in the flow of your positive energy flow can damage your body. You need to release that stuff. Monitor yourself daily in your interactions with others; do you find yourself getting frustrated with your job, coworkers, friends and loved ones? One of the hardest patterns to break is with those closest to you. Yet to fully recover, you have to. I call it wellness of mind and it will help the body to follow suit.

My body used to crave different foods; lots of sweets, breads and potatoes also. Since I have learned to balance my body I have found that the body actually has two voices; things it wants and things it needs. I have spent my life feeding the wants or craving voice and it has always been louder than the other needs voice. Unfortunately, our bodies will gorge themselves on its cravings to the point of damaging organs and our health. That is why we need to learn to listen and strengthen the needs voice. The more we listen to that voice the better we can balance our nutrition and get the proper balance of foods into our bodies. Learn to listen to the needs voice.

It’s one thing to write about such private a matter and entirely another to speak to someone face to face about it. And yet I am a “fixer” type person that suffers with other people who have horrible things going on in their lives.

As I have said, we need to be open to God’s leading, and yesterday was a perfect example. Had a guy stop by the shop that needed a thermostat for his truck. He could have had me buy one instead of going to the parts store, but instead he decided to return the part they had given him and pick up a thermostat. I told him to come on back over and I would install it for him. Normal everyday stuff, right?

When he got back I was delayed for a few minutes with some other folks in the office, so when I got the tools and got out there I noticed that he was on the phone. I started replacing the stat and after a few minutes he came up. I noticed immediately that he had been crying a little and was very emotional. I ask him if he was OK and he said that his niece had colon cancer. I ask him how long has he known and he says that he just found out on the phone a few moments ago. I am thinking at this point that God has put this man in my path for me to tell him about the colon cleansing that I had been doing. So, I began to explain to him what I had been doing, my research, the whole nine yards. I ended up sending him a link by email. As he shared his families’ story, I fond out they have a gene that makes them all more susceptible to colon cancer. He, himself had lost two-thirds of his colon to cancer several years ago. I wish that I could have spoken to him before that. Might have saved him all that surgery and loss of part of his body.

After finishing the repair, he came in with me to the office to pay and something occurred to me. If he had decided to have me order the thermostat instead of go get it, I would have been done way before the call from the niece was received. If he hadn’t been so emotional at that one point, activating my compassionate “fixer” mode, the colonic cleansing conversation would never have occurred. The timing was critical on this entire situation.

I guess I said all that to say this; learn to listen and watch for circumstances around you. God will place people, places, information, circumstances, etc. before us. What we do with them is up to us. Gotta go, time to go cleanse for the day ahead! Be Blessed!

Since I had my cancer scare I have been doing as much research as possible and I came across the below article. I had heard about coffee colonics many years ago, thought they were weird and something I would never need and to tell the truth I thought they were nasty doing stuff “down below”.  But being a firm believer that our Creator has made provisions for the curing of any man-made disease, I now realize that the entire body is the Temple of God, and that includes the intestional tract. We need to be open and receptive to His leading. He will bring people and information into our lives that will be exactly what we need at the time we need it. I have used an inversion table for over a decade to stretch out my back. In fact, I have two; one at the house and one at my work. Knowing all this, I got to thinking: I really didn’t like the recommended positions to take the colonic. They were uncomfortable and I felt they were not treating the entire colon. And yet to let gravity help the solution to go to the areas most needed, I thought of the inversion table.

Combining the two technologies, I have had a great deal of success. I had been having a level 3-5 pain (on the 10 scale) in my upper right quadrant of my abdomen, and I was pretty sure I had polyp growth in that area or a partial blockage, and without clearing out the accumulated waste on the interior wall, the suppliments weren’t able to attack that area effectively. Since using the inverted colonic the pain has reduced to a 1 to non-exitant.

If this helps even one person it will be worth it. I haven’t mentioned it yet, but after a cleanse you feel really, really clean! We also purchased a infared thermometer to adjust the  water temperature to a comfortable level. About 125 degrees works well for us.

Subluxation (pinched spinal nerves)

Many years ago I worked for a chiropractic organization out in Phoenix, AZ and not only did I get many adjustments I also attended many of the seminars that explained the devastating effects of pinched nerves. It was not until recently that I began to understand the implications of organ cancer and how pinched nerves could play a part.

The way they explained it was that your nerves supply information to each of your organs from the brain. It tells the cells exactly what to do as they are formed. Now let’s say you have just a 5% loss of information due to a pinched nerve. That means the new cells have only 95% of the proper information. Not bad, right? Problem is, this effect is cumulative. The next time the cells are replaced, you are not working with cells that are 100%. They are now 95%! Apply another 5% against the now 95% healthy cells, which is now below 90%. All cells are replaced over time. As you can see, over time, this can cause problems. I am surprised that our bodies work as well as they do. I have seen pictures of a spine from a patient that died from liver failure that was autopsied and the nerve going to his liver was pinched so bad that it was 1/4 the size of a healthy nerve. So, what can you do?

2. Chiropractors: This is a good way to get things in alignment. It will help you to learn the weak areas of your core so that you can target exercise for those specific areas.

As with all things, use caution and do your research. Go slowly with anything new. I am doing many things now that would have been impossible even a year ago. Hang in there and be persistent, things will get better. Learn to listen to your body.
